TRAINING ONLINE and PERSONAL TRAINING IN PERSON
At Center-Fit in Plano, Illinois, we believe the formula for healthy living is simple: move right, eat right....and be consistent. It's not easy, we don't need to tell you that! It’s just that big fitness centers and fad diets seems to overcomplicate some things and undervalue other things.
Small group and personal training sessions are about your goals. We don’t believe in busy work or just 'burning calories'.
Movement should be intentional and purposeful to avoid wasted effort, burnout and injury.
"Fitness" isn’t about becoming a supermodel or running a marathon (although I've trained models and marathoners). It happens best from an environment that supports healthy living and smart fitness goals. If you’re looking to get out of your rut, change your routine or be challenged in new ways, look over our way.
Functional movement certifications and a massage therapy practice put me in a unique spot to help you, wherever you are on the "I'm just starting/recovering" to "I need to get stronger and move better" spectrum.
Strength training with a focus on cardiovascular wellness. We will use tools like bodyweight exercises, barbells, kettlebells, suspension trainers, and anything that gets your body moving in the best possible way.
