Why I love training with Beth:Because Beth customizes the workout just for me! Since we've been working together for awhile she is able to assess what I need from a strength, flexibility and mobility perspective. I've gotten stronger during this quarantine time thanks to Beth's awesome workouts! She is an expert in understanding our skeletal and muscular systems and seems to magically know just what my body needs. We may do upper body, lower body or all over body, just depends on the day! No workout is ever the same; it's always fresh and new! Finally Beth is such a personable and caring woman who has so many talents! She makes working out fun!

Why I love training with Beth:I love training with Beth. She is always upbeat and keeps the class fun. She challenges us but at the same time is aware of any limitations and takes them into consideration when giving instructions. She is very knowledgeable and knows just how to modify an exercise to fit the individuals in the class She always and I mean always keeps a close eye on us in order to be sure we are performing the exercises correctly. It is a great class.

Why I love training with Beth: I love the training because when I work out it’s more cardio. I need the push that Beth gives us and the consistency. Beth brings lots of knowledge and provides us with a total body work out each time. I have been training with Beth for the last several years and I am in the best physical shape that I have been in. I do attribute this to her training skills. Even though I sometimes complain - I love the end results of strength and proper form.
