BODY-Weight Bootcamp
Join personal trainer Steve Bradford on a journey of redeveloping the way you work out. Using minimal “tools” and relying primarily on your own body weight, you will get a workout that focuses on specific and targeted areas. Come ready to sweat, burn fat, get toned and see your body transformed!

Since the beginning of time, man has attempted to chisel the body using any tools available to him. Come train with instructor Denny Stenson and find out just what your body can do, and use unconventional tools to get you there, including ropes, hammers and tires….and of course, SO MUCH MORE! Wednesday and Friday are both for adults, but Fridays is also for kids! (ages 8 & up, payment required)

KettleBell BootKamp – Level 2
When you think you’ve got what it takes, you can opt to test into our infamous KBBK (KettleBell BootKamp) Level 2 class where it all started a few short years ago! This class uses the principles you learned in Level 1, and adds even more new and exciting movements to your plethora of drills and strength building. Say good-bye to your “muffin-top”, cause KBBK is here to stay! (This class is NOT suitable for beginners, prerequisite KettleBell BootKamp Level 1)
Schedule: Monday at 6:00pm, Tuesday at 6:30am, Thursday at 5:15am & 7:00pm, Saturday at 9:00am

KettleBell Shred
Join Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified, Denny Stenson, as he pairs the safe and effective kettlebell moves like the swing, squat, and get-up, with unconventional tools like sandbags and battling ropes for a fat shredding, muscle building circuit bootcamp! (This class is not suitable for beginners, prerequisite KettleBell BootKamp Level 1)
